The competition was about the development of a new residential area in Luxemburg. OFIS Arhitekti were selected for the design of 5 new buildings. The team had to respond to certain urbanistic regulations given in the brief of the competition. Special attention was supposed to be given to the landscape design and the design of the common areas. The landscape design was made by a landscape architect from France who collaborated with OFIS Arhitekti on the project.
