Execution

In the last phase of the semester we had to split up in two groups - designers and executors. I decided to do the executor part since this was a topic I was not going to practice in my home university so this was going to be different and valuable knowledge for me.

During the execution phase I had to make risk assessments, offer bids and deal with tender documents. We were required to use MS Project for our time planning and the Danish database Sigma where we could find prices of building materials and products.
