During this stage of the project we were asked to make more detailed drawings of the floor plans, sections and elevations as well as details for specific parts of the building. I had to make the details for our bay windows (bay windows were required in every apartment by the client).

Because the major at VIA UC is actually Constructing Architect, we had to pay attention to the execution and the organisation of the building site too. We had to prepare a Consultation agreement between the Client and the Designers as part of our Law tasks. I also had to focus on the building services elaborating plans for ventilation, water and heating, sewage system.
